Firefighters Park Selected as Featured Park

The City of Margate has selected Firefighters Park as its featured park for the last week of National Parks and Recreation Month. This 939-acre park is a haven for walkers and hikers, offering a tranquil ambiance and lush natural surroundings. Whether you're looking for a leisurely stroll or a challenging hike, Firefighters Park has something for everyone.

In addition to its walking and hiking trails, Firefighters Park also features a 15-acre dog park, full-size tennis courts, and a playground. The park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and squirrels.

Firefighters Park is located at 2500 Rock Island Road in Margate. The park is open daily from 8am to sunset.
