Can't upload customer review photos

Trying to figure out why my reviews are NOT showing up even though I got emails
There are several reasons why your Amazon review is not showing up.
Check if your Amazon Photos app on your phone and on your computer are logged into the same account. If they are not, your photos will not be able to be uploaded to your review.
Make sure that the photos you are trying to upload are in the correct format. Amazon only accepts photos that are in JPEG or PNG format.
The photos must be at least 100 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.
The photos must be less than 2 MB in size.
If you have followed all of these steps and your photos are still not uploading, you can contact Amazon customer service for help.
